According to Google, it is Florida Fraternal Order of Police located in Miami or Tallahassee Florida.

I believe they call for donations for different police organizations.

asked for me by first name , when i said it was me they hung up.

I received a call and they had my first name too. I was told that it was calling for donation and the call is being monitored.  I can tell the caller "Bryan" was reading from a script. He was polite and I asked him for the name of the organization and it was a mouth full. He had to repeated several times so I could write it down. The name he said is The Corp for Charity for the Member Officer of Florida Fraternal Order of Police Memorial Foundation. I was then switched to the person doing the monitoring who identified herself as "Jenny", I simply asked to have my name and number removed from their calling list. Jenny was polite and said my name would be removed.

Calling all hours of the day.  At time calls come in before we are up in the am.

Have asked them to stop calling, but they won't.
