Foreign voice asking for head of household. This is a business number, not a homeowner.

This same man has called my cell several times over the past year - all from different numbers. He claims to be collecting money for a police or state trooper charity fund (Florida). This time I was patient enough to ask why he calls from different numbers all over the state of Florida - a new number every two months or so. He claims it's so his "charity" can get around all of the new call blocking features and that potential donors have installed on their phones. I told him that a real charity shouldn't have to use trickery to get donations. He wanted to then send me some sort of packet with more information on the charity. When I told him he should be ashamed of himself for what he is doing, he quickly hung up on me.

I answered that my number is on the Do Not Call Registry and they will be SUED if they call back and I hung up

Call Morgan and Morgan to possibly sue them as this clearly is a case for unwanted calls since the caller clearly does not understand the word NO More Calls
