Threatening me saying I need to call them back or they will see me in court. Foreign voice

Called saying they wasn't trying to collect but I received $$ that I didnt and I would get a court summons in the mail before Christmas... Is this a scam??

Yes, it's a scam.  First, they don't call you when they are going to issue a summons.  Second, they don't mail them.  Third, you would have had other types of contact before a summons would ever be issued.  These scam artists prey on people and try to scare them into paying debts that probably don't even exist.  Just ignore them and have a nice Holiday!
