There is an attorney in Florida working for the Coleman Law Firm in Florida, but the state bar directory does not show his phone number as being the same number reported here, nor do I think the area code matches the area code of the address he is registered under by the Florida Bar. See:

The number being reported is, in fact, a magicJack number. See
http://http://www.phonevalidator.com
MagicJacks are used by many scammers because they are cheap to buy and use and can be used with a US number from anywhere there is Internet service. That makes the scammer difficult or impossible to locate.
Any lawyer should be able to write using a coherent sentence structure and to spell words correctly, so I suspect the so-called "lawyer" making these calls in an imposter trying to hide his own location.
Once you find the person by doing the lookup at the Florida Bar web site cited above, go one step further and click on his name. You will get a detailed page showing that he is in good standing, and this page will also give you his correct snail mail address, phone number, fax number and email address. I suggest that you call him at the phone number shown or forward any email you receive purporting to be from him to him along with an explanation that someone may be using his name to scam people. He and his law firm will probably want to do something about this.
My guess is that the scam communications are coming from a fairly sophisticated scam operation, possibly overseas, that is using names of actual attorneys (lists of attorneys are always easy to get) to falsely lend credibility to their scams. But you never really know.
