This is the second time I received a call from this exchange (Miami, FL). They left no message.
I always let UNKNOWN of RESTRICTED or unknown numbers roll over to voice mail. It if is a valid call, the caller will leave a brief message. Then I can store that number in my contact list. Otherwise, I store numbers like this as "ZZ Telemarket" or "ZZ Political" so they sort to the bottom of my contact list and I can ignore the next incoming call.

Forward that text to 7726 so that your carrier will block it, good that you didn't open that link, but there was no need to post it here.  James Brown is dead by the way.
