Not many people have my cell # and yet I just received a call from 786-333-9593 from a lady with a very thick accent. I know people with thick accents but I don't know anyone from Miami Beach. She asked something about my cell phone I think but I'm not sure. I replied back to her "WHAT???!!!" And she said, "I'm sorry, I have the wrong number."  very strange.
