these people called about wanting their money from something we order about 2 years ago that we had the option to pay fine or go to court and oh yea they said the judge had given them tho ok. lieeeee

That number just called stating the same thing as the post prioir. They harass you into trying to pay them over $600. Is there a way to report them?

Harassed my mother into believing she was being sued for a weight-loss product she ordered and paid for. They are now using different numbers since information has become available regarding their scam. Watch out for 1 786 299 5863 and 1 786 235 8205. All of these spanish-speaking people are calling from the same call center harassing hispanic people who do not understand the laws in this country. They allege to be calling from a court that does not exist and harass people into giving them information. Spread the word!

Me acaban de llamar del tel # 786 299 5863 (de Florida) diciendome que tengo una deuda con una compania con la que si hice una compra (hace dos anos) y recibi el articulo por UPS, por lo cual tenia que pagar o sencillamente no me entregaban el articulo. Estas personas alegan que tengo una demanda en mi contra poe la compania con la que hice la compra por supuestamente no haberles pagado.

Sum lady called my mom from # 786-235-8205 scaring her that she had a lawsuit against her for a package that supposably she ordered almost 3yrs ago when she didnt.appearanlty law suit is for not comin out to receive package from ups and since package was returned back n recieved by them she had two options n they were to go to court n b resp for tremendous amt of court fees or have packaged reshipped again by court order n had to b recieved n pd at that moment with moneyorder to avoid lawsuit.being that she's never found herself involved n a lawsuit much less n problems wit law she agreed to have package shipped n pay for it to avoid lawsuit wit tremendous fees,but thanks to a very,very nice coworker she did the research n came across these post that helped me realize that this was a scam.thanks for posts.
