800notes does not have the authority to stop unwanted calls. You are going to have to do this yourself. The next time they call, demand a legitimate, physical mailing address in which to send a cease communication letter VIA certified mail with return receipt requested. If they refuse, inform them your lawyer will get this information for you and see them in court.

just got a call from them, sounded like they were using a voice changer. they didnt want to talk to me unless i confirmed that it was me they were talking to. very shady sounding and didnt want to discuss anything unless i confirmed. if you get a call from these guys dont give them any information. your better off receiving a letter in the mail, if they know your phone number then they know your address, dont give them any information! even if they get loud or say its serious. dont believe them.
