Unwanted call from Florida

Won't stop calling.  Guy named Kevin with the thickest indian accent you can imagine saying he's from American Solar.  lol

These scum don't care or pay attention to the do not call list, which by the way is a joke of a system.  My phone service allows me to block 10 specific #'s.  Wish they would raise that to about 100.

This number has been calling every day so I finally answered it. Dude's english was so bad and his accent was so heavy that I couldn't tell what he was trying to sell me. I told him I had to end the conversation because it was too much work trying to understand him.
