We keep getting calls from these clowns for someone who isn't us. We don't answer from them since the first call where we ascertained that the call was not for us, nor do we have anyone who resides with us by the name they mentioned. Today was different, they left a message. Today's call states that it is for a civil case regarding check fraud regarding the person they mention. They claimed that the message they left constitutes legal service of the civil complaint. That does not seem likely, since they did not leave the message in a manner that the person they seek will receive it. The calls come in on a cell phone and we have used the number for close to 8 years now. It is past the point where a previous user of the number might be the person for whom they are looking, as the calls have only begun coming in over the last 6 months. My husband is disabled and it comes in on the phone he uses. The fact that the continue to call (sometimes a few calls in a day) times a day is distressing to him. It is unfair that people are allowed to harass people in this manner.

Got an email from Bassett, Holiver, & Leverman wanting me to sign some document earlier this month I got a call from them and I reported them to the FBIand I told them not to call me again they did not call they send me this document to sign and there is another different phone number on it (678) 293-0413 Ext 105 this company has a few different FAKE names as well as those individuals that have called me as well.
