Heavy accent - indistinct.......magistrate's court, grand jury - call immediately to help us help you

Classic phone scam crooks left multiple intimidating voice mail messages about a federal investigation and possible prison time. The tag line when they left their phone number was "Help us help you". Clearly, they want to help themselves to the money of their "marks".  Be ware!!!!!!

US Treasury infraction. Failure to return call will be considered an offense. Call us so that we can help you.

Hi, this message is intended to contact you.  My name is Kevin Massey/Mason?.  I'm calling regarding an encroachment action that is secured by the US Treasury impending ? attention.  If knowing this will be an intentional attempt to avoid an initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jury or a federal criminal offense.  My number is 786-258-0980 (repeats number).  I advise you to cooperate with us and help us to help you. Notes:  This message gives no context, is addressed to a generic person, and has poor sentence structure.  It sounds bogus and is likely a scam to extort money from anyone who returns the call.

Received same message verbatim.  It's a scam as this is not the way the US Treasury would contact anyone.  Vague and threatening with a heavy accent (possibly Indian) from Kevin Mason.
