Asked for me by name and would not disclose the nature of his business unless I confirmed who I was. Said he was calling to help me. If he can't bother to tell me who he is, I can't be bothered with his call. Kept trying to quote privacy laws. Even if this is a debt collectoer, they can still state the nature of the call and not just that it's a private matter.

Debt collector.  Asked for someone I never heard of.

They keep calling me and I won't answer the phone.  They leave a message that says it is for Pam Horner and I need to call them back in regard to a debt I owe.  Since I do not owe any debts I refuse to call them back.  They are in Miami (I moved over a year ago) but since I kept my cell phone number from down there they probably think I live there.

Scammers. Need to get a real life. I don't owe anyone. Need to arrest these people for harassment.

Answered the call, heard a recording that there were no agents to take my call and it disconnected.  Obviously an auto-dialer that matches you with whatever agent is available at the time.
