Display was "Miami", caller speaking in broken English stated that she needed to speak to me regarding a "serious legal matter."  She did not ask for anyone in my household by name.  We have no legal issues here, so I am sure this is a scam.

Could not understand her..stated that there was an Inforcement on my name ,I think.

It sounds to me like the Fake Debt scam or the Fake Crime scam.  Both scams work the same way.

The scammer calls you and says you are about to be arrested for either a crime or a bad debt.  The police are on the way.  You can avoid arrest only if you pay the debt or fine right this second by green dot card, credit card, or by telling the scammer your bank account number.  The scammer gets your money.  There was no crime or debt.  The real police were never involved.

Received a call a few minutes ago.  Caller ID displayed this number.

Caller was difficult to understand;  did not speak clear English.  Caller indicated that we were being called regarding a "serious legal matter".  Was on the other line and asked them to hold.  They hung up.  Tried to call the number back from home and mobile.  Line was busy.

Same thing.  Non English speaking claiming serious legal matter involving my name but never gave my name.  Made my heart beat faster, but I am sure it's a scam.  We have no legal matters here.
