Loud call center, timid asian indian sounding person asking for the owner.  plonk.

RCS Financial. Called was silent on the line, like they were looking up the name and phone from a list, then finally asked. Did not identify themselfs. Called them back, and asked who they were: RCS Financial. SPAM!
