I received a phone call from these people stating that I was approved $8,000 and that I needed to buy a reloadable pay card and to add$366.00 to the card. These people sent me via-email  an Ace symbol  on their letter, is this a scam or, are these people representing loan officers for Ace cash express in Florida Installment loan department?

Total scam.  They call you and tell you         you're entitled to either a grant or loan and then demand an upfront fee wired to them by some untraceable means.  After you wire the money you never hear from them again.  Originates in India and Pakistan.  Ignore and block the calls. There is no grant or loan. Who's going to cold call you out of the blue and offer you money? Nobody but a scammer.
