This number has called my cell a few times, No message left. I called the number back from a landline a gentlemen with a foreign accent said they were United State Pharmacy.

Scam. Multiple calls from this number and no answer. Called back out of curiosity and caller with foreign accent claimed they were an online pharmacy (in Florida) trying to fulfill my prescription (I live in Washington state).

Hilarious. Dude with thick foreign accent said he is a pharmacy 'to fulfill viagra, a sex enhancement drug". When I played along and said I never ordered this, he repeatedly robotically "to fulfill viagra, a sex enhancement drug". He could not understand anything I was asking, in part to the noise in the background from all the other phone scammers in cubicles. When I asked him if he knew that it was illegal in the US to provide such drugs without a prescription, he repeated "to fulfill viagra, a sex enhancement drug." Very possible that this bozo didn't even understand English.

calls 6 to 8 times a day. will not quit calling

This number just called my work. I answered, could hear someone on the other line and then they just hung up. Been getting a lot of these phone calls lately and it's annoying.
