Caller has a strong Indian accent and doesn't even say whom she is calling for. Immediately launched into a spiel declaring that she is calling from the Department of Legal Access and saying that there is a very important notification. This is a verbal notification. Stupid spam call.

This call is supposedly made in Florida.

Got a call from this number today, left an incoherent message making no sense. Spam for sure.

I got a call from that very number a few minutes ago (January 29, 2016) I just googled it and it took me to this site,

Incoherent message, sounded machine generated the cadence was so perfect.  Hard to decipher, something about starting a legal action against me.  No details about from whom it was.

Received call from this number, unable to understand.
