Left a threatening message said we had to call back immediately with our attorney present.  The person was speaking with a foreign accent and had difficult speaking what sounded like a pre-written message.  Said his name was Mark and that he was with the Human Affairs of the US Treasury.  He threaten with a lawsuit if we did not call back.

Foreign speaking woman called and asked for me, using my first and last name.  When I asked who she was , she said she was with "The Legal Department and wanted my attorney's name so she could file a legal suit" and I repeated, "who are you" and she repeated, "with the Legal Department" .  I asked, "whose Legal Department" and she said in an angry voice "The US Treasury"  I said "I don't think so, nope" and she promptly hung up on me.

A person identifying themselves as Austin Hall with US Treasury left voice mail threatening legal action about  "wedding party" in Florida. When I called back, they were very evasive, and asked for my phone number. When I refused, they hung up. Both times, the person spoke with an accent and were difficult to understand.

They call my phone talking bout I need to have a attorney present&and I was asking who is this ,the lady got mad an hang the phone up.

FYI this is an IRS scam!!!!
