this caller, states the are a Government Employee, explaining that I was selected for government grants, He has an Indian accent. This person has called me about 5 times in one day harassing me! Went I state I'm not interested he ask why! hangs up and keeps calling.

This is a scam! Person with Indian accent said I owed a student loan. This is not possible. At least they talked when I answered.

This number was calling my iPhone and after reading this, I blocked the number. It actually called me back from a number from Russia. So instead of (786)212-2522, it's +7 (862)122-52-2. I have a global job, so I often receive international calls, not sure if that played a role.
