He asked for Rose Marie. I tell him its the wrong number. He says "okay well maybe you can help me. I am with the Veteran...." I hung up and blocked the call after that.

Called talking about Veteran support and asked if I would be willing to support. Talked about a Red White and Blue package at $100 $50 and $20 respectively. I told him I couldn't commit to anything without seeing a brochure. He said he couldn't send anything and still asked if I would participate. I'm a Veteran and know no one would call like this.
