Called my cell number. I am on a no call list. When I've answered this caller before its a telemarketer of some kind or survey taker.

Unfortunately, legitimate survey companies are exempt from having to avoid calling telephone numbers that are on the federal Do Not Call list.
What you have to tell a survey-taker is "Put my number on your internal do-not-call list".
That won't work if the caller is a scammer.

Called my cell phone. I keep getting these phone calls despite being in the DO NOT CAL Registry.
