So far we've had two calls from this obviously spoofed number (No legit phone number prefixes start with 000) over the past two days.  Both had CID name set to "FLORIDA."  Our third party blocking service (rhymes with SlowNoHobo) hasn't stopped either one.  That's not surprising, as the service doesn't claim to work well against CID with invalid numbers or formats.

The first call, yesterday, we let it ring.  It wound up hanging up on our answering machine.  The second call, today, June 15, 2016, I answered after a couple rings.  I didn't say anything at all, just listened.  There was no sound at all.  No voice, no recording, no call-center background noise - just several seconds of silence before it hung up on me.

I reported the first call to the service several hours after the first call.  Sometimes that can result in them adding the reported number and intercepting future calls for us.  Alas, not this time.  The second call came through unchallenged roughly 16 hours after I reported it.  I'll use one of our carrier's precious, limited blocklist entries to handle this one.
