CONSTANTLY get calls from 786.000.0000! No one is on the line usually. sometimes, I get hung-up on. Maybe it's my breath?

I've received a few calls from this number this week and have not answered. They never left a message, until today. The woman (and I use that term losely) on the end left this lovely message "Blah Blah Blah [***]!!"  You can bet the next time they call I WILL answer and I'll make it very clear that they had better not call my number ever again!

Caller with an Asian accent (possibly Indian or Pakistani) trying to get me to run a program on my computer to check if someone has been putting spy programs on my computer that would affect the security of information I send on my computer.
