they call several times a day and never leave a message

Some lady keeps calling and says she is an operator and to hold while she connects us to another call.  When asked what company she represents she always remarks in an unintelligible way.  We hang up.  This call is coming in repeatedly.

Same thing for me. who the hell iis it?!

Definitely a bill collector. Might have something to do with PayPal.
