Called my cell. I didn't answer.  I called back from a land line, and got this (familiar) message:
"7-9-1  The message you have dialed is not in service"

HELLO THIS IS NICOLE BROOKS.. AUTOMATED CALL. DO NOT EXCEPT THIS CALL!!!

This number has been calling me in several times on a different occasion

Different # but same program, repeated, unwelcome telemarketer robo calls.  "Hi (pause) This is Nicole Brooks." Sounds almost life-like.  Really sophisticated computer but "not quite!"

Don't know what the computer is selling/seeking as it hangs up every time a potential probing question is asked.
