Caller ID is "Waltham  MA".  They leave no message.

I call back after hours. They identify themselves as the presidential coalition.  In the past I have seen that name associated with Citizen's United.  They are sorry that they missed me and will try again later (how wonderful).  There is an option for additional information.  I select this.  It asks for your 10 digit number and says that it will be placed on their Do-Not-Call list (I never do this as it can actually make things worse).  Instead I enter another number associated with Citizen's United.

So they spoof their caller ID and then provide only a vague identification.  This smells bad.  I don't recommend making a donation.

They called again today.  The number was already blocked.  I then received 2 additional calls from (508) 598 0493 and (617) 910 3532 within the next 20 seconds.  Almost certainly the same caller.

They continue to call even though their number has been blocked for months.  As before, I received another call under 20 seconds later.  This time from (855) 241 8656.  I'm sure it's the same caller.

I call back after hours (using *67 to block my number).  Their outgoing message is "Thank you for calling the Presidential Coalition.  We're very sorry we missed you.  We will try to reach you again in the next few days.  We were calling you with some recent updates.  If you would like some more information about our organization, please, press 1 now."  I press 1.  I hear, "Please, enter the 10 digit phone number you would like removed beginning with the area code."  I enter the number of another telemarketer (in case, entering a number means more calls not less).  I hear, "You entered <number I entered>.  Press 1 for yes;  Press 2 for no."  I press 1.  I hear, "Thank you.  While federal law allows 30 days for this number to be removed from our list, we will make every attempt to process your request in the next couple days.  Goodbye."

The presidential coalition is associated with Citizen's United.  Only 3 years, 11 months, and a week until the next presidential election.  Better start donating NOW!!!
