It is a robo-call and the company says: Tech Ultiverse - Did not hang in there to hear what it is about.

I just got one of these calls, You can not call them back so I called the Warren campaign and left a message not to contact me since I am on the National and Mass Do Not Call list. Apparently she doesn't obey our laws.

unfortunately, the do not call list does not apply to non-profits and charitable organization, political campaigns, and places where you have conducted previous business and gave them your number.
Ultiverse tech USED to be a legit business, but it looks like they went under, and it seems like someone else is spoofing the caller ID and Phone #

I got the call tongiht from the number, like so many other calls reported above, showing itself as Ultiverse Tech. But it never left a message, it just hummed in the background and never hung up. It's a good thing I was home and was able to disconnect the call - otherwise it would have stayed connected as if it were a legit call/conversation and blocked other incoming calls and I might have missed my nightly call from Crossroads GPS!

The one I got from this company was a robo call for Elizabeth Warren for US Senate (MA).
