It's a spammer. Probably a list builder. When I answered, the caller hung up. The panel says "MultiPlan" but it doesn't seem to go to the corporation "MultiPlan, Inc." in New York so the name is evidently spoofed.

It's not a scam but it's a healthcare "negotiator" who wants medical professionals to get paid less for their services. NOPE.
