Could be a new SCAM! Just an occurrence of creepy breathing on the other side!
It can also be a spoofed number, otherwise, who makes a business call like that late at night when their office is closed?

I wonder who is using the real MBA Mortgage's number for their creepy deeds after hours?  This number calls every week. Today it called and left a hang up on the answering machine late in the evening. I hope the MBA Mortgage will get the culprit for playing with their reputation...

Personal information hunters and fakers... Never leaves a message... Calls and hangs up for days.
