The robo calls are coming again!
"Hi, this is Kevin and I am in the carpet cleaning, power washing", and whatever else he thinks he can do.
I get these robo calls several timer a year. I call him and He says he will take the number off...NOT!
So I will again post all the information I have found on him before.

this person seems to focus on old people . Maybe it's an easy scam. I left a message, some phony broad said god bless you, and I cursed at her. THIS KIND OF CRAP SHOWS YOU THAT THE AUTORITIES  ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOBS. SHOUD THE PHONE COMPANIES OR IRS INVESTIGATE THIS GUY ? i'D SAY SO , NOBODY IS DOING NOTHING.
