just another typical call and they hang up when I don't answer, morons!

I too have received dozens of calls for months from various numbers all regarding some solar recovery act and offers to reduce my electric bill. I finally pressed a button to talk to a rep and tell them to stop calling me -- we'll see if that works. If they call you, I advise you attempt to get the name of the rep and any company information. I was told "we are not part of any company" - ok, sounds legit. Then file a fraud report with the FTC online as they are implying they are affiliated with the government but they clearly are not.
