I received the same call about my Windows a couple times last week but just now received a computerized message from this same number saying they were from the IRS, they've been trying to reach me, and that this was the final notice that they were filing a lawsuit against me. The vmail left a return number 253.777.3436 from Tacoma WA (so I could call and have them aggressively scam some $ out of me, I'm sure).

Scam about Windows sending them messages.  Wanted to 'fix' my computer.  When I said this sounds shady, the caller was rude and cursed.  No way if it was legit would the guy be so unprofessional.
