Caller ID says that "LUCAS, D &M" is calling, and it's weird: it's a female-voice robot directing me to press various numbers to speak to various people, as if I was the one calling them and leaving a message!  The beginning is cut off on my voicemail because the robot spoke over my own v-mail introduction.  The recorder clicks on just in time to catch the robot telling me to press "5" if I want to talk to David Lucas.  David Lucas is a local politician running for State Representative in my town.  If I were calling them, I'd think nothing of this as a voicemail intro, but since they called me, it is nothing but weird.  I'm unsure as to how they hope to elicit donations this way.  It makes me distrust him if his people can't even work the phones properly.
