Says "Lynnfield MA", did not leave a message, calling back (with number blocking!) reports the number isn't in service.

I think it's really bad that phone companies let spam callers use their numbers without any accountability or ability for consumers to call the number back. At this point always screen our calls and we never answer any call from a number we don't recognize, especially one with just city-state ID.
