This is a number which said there was a voice mail for me and to enter my phone number (I was waiting for a call locally). The voice mail was answered by a recording in a very marked foreign accent probably from overseas saying "your phone number is not recognized.." followed by a recording in a foreign language, possibly French. This is probably a scam which bills expensive international calls to your number. Please report this number to your phone company.
