Energy consumption survey and offers free gift

Caller ID said Peabody Property. I didn't answer, no message left.

Call back gets, "You have reached a number that is no longer in service.  Please check the number and try again."  Tried 3 times.  So this "energy company" is using a spoofed (fake) number.  That spells SCAM folks.  Block it.
