Who is this

They said they are a company called card services and want to help lower your interest rates. I've told them to stop calling my cell phone but they still continue.

They said they were with Visa Card Services wanting to lower the interest rate on my credit card, but called from a different number.  Gave me the 781 number to call back and said they were based out of Florida.  Asked to get the customer service phone number for the card as well as the full 16 digit credit card number.  Don't think this is legit but wasn't going to take the chance to find out.

In addition to my previous post a few minutes ago....

Called this number and it is affiliated with Humor Hotlines.  The number is a BS number to a funny recorded message.  If someone calls claiming from this number DO NOT divulge any personal information as you are about to be scammed!

Constant call from this # it is not a ligitimate company they are scammers and need to be shut down.
