Maybe they are calling from inside a prison

They need to stop.

I got called and was asked for by name, when I ask 'Who's calling' they hang up.

So, I just get a call from this number and they say "is Joe there? coincidentally my husbands name is Joe" I say 'no, he's at work' well, they tell me "NO he is not" I said well, I just spoke with him and he is!! I then hear shuffling of papers and they hang up!

1 thing is: their JOE didn't show up for work
2 thing is: WHAT dumb [***]!! LOL

This number called me this evening at 1940 hrs.  When I answered "hello", the line was immediately disconnected.  I too am on the DNC - not that it matters to these idiot cold-call solicitors.
