We got a call from this number today at 11:26 am and didn't answer. The caller ID was Wellesley Hi MA. It was a robo call which left a partial message regarding rate reduction, which I assume referred to electricity. When I called back (our number is hidden by default on outgoing calls) I heard a recording which said "Hello, and thank you for calling. If you'd like to be placed on a do not call list for the number that called you, please press one now." Since our number is hidden, they must have supernatural powers which enable them to divine the number. It will be added to our call blocker.

Called at 11:25 am.
No message.
Pain in the butt!
Why can't they be found, taken to court, and fined out of business/taken to jail?

Thank you Google Voice, another moron has been sent to global spam for myself and all Google Voice users.  Why would anyone pick up a call from a number you don't know?  If you don't recognize the number, I don't care if it's Elvis calling you back from the dead, why would you answer it?  By not answering it, you avoid letting these criminals know that the number they're calling is actively accepting calls, and if it is a legit call, the person leaves what is called a Voicemail, an audio means of telling you what they're legitimately calling about so you can decide whether to call back.
