Okay, the call is from the Gas Company. I live on the west coast and they were trying to offer me a discount on my gas bill. It’s an automated service that asks a few questions to determine if you meet the requirements for the discount. The discount is for 20%. Can’t tell you which gas company it was as I have a few properties in LA.

GOT THE SAME THING, 2 X'S WITHIN THE HALF HOUR - DON'T RECOGNIZE THE #, LET IT GO TO V.M. - NO MEESAGE LEFT. I LIVE IN LA

I've gotten 7 calls with no messages in past 24 hours. 2 from 781-273-0820, 2 from "withheld" and 3 from "unknown." What's freaky is... the last time I got a call from 781, seconds after it stopped ringing, my home phone started ringing but hung up before the answering machine kicked in.

I also received 2 phone calls from this number yesterday; I live in L.A. and never give out my cell number to strangers. Got the busy signal when I tried to call them.
