Lately I have been getting all kinds of calls from collection agencies, loan modification companies etc.  I have discovered that the company I had been making payments for the last several years and the loan originator committed fraud.  The companies involved in this fiasco are Commercial Lending Co. in Riverside California, Bayview Loan Servicing in Florida, and last but not least M&T Bank in Buffalo New York.  Since last year 2014 not one of those companies have been able to reply to my affidavit.  I am tired of all this consumer abuse and the lack of cooperation from our government to stop these crooks.  Not only they are still using people that are notorious for Robo signing, but the chain of title leaves a lot to be desired.
