This number calls my mother's house almost daily shows up as "unknown name" have never answered and thanks to these comments I never will

Male with an odd accent repeats "Hello" many, many times. Creepy, because I had the feeling it was intended to be creepy. This was left as a message on my answering machine.

No one there when I answered so I hung up. Caller ID just says V0140142310000

I recieved a call from this number every day this week. When I did answer, he claimed to be calling from "My" pharmacy and that it was time to refill my prescription...... (??) I told him not to call back....... but I bet he will. It has happened before from another number.

I missed the call so I called it back. Weird ring tone on other end. no answer. Why must we continue to put up with this?
