Got a call from this number and due to curiosity, I dialed *67 (hides my number from their ID) then called 779-201-4191.  Got a person and asked what kind of business Life Giving Moments was.  I was told they do surveys to find out how TV movies affect children today.

Didn't answer. They left no message. Now this number is blocked on cell and home line. The voice system that others describe sounds seriously interesting, however -- asking for name after name when the called person says that the name asked for is not there. Sorry. Your 20 questions are up!

As good voice recognition, voice synthesis, and artificially intelligent processing gets more sophisticated, it may not be possible to own a personal communications device without an AI amanuensis filtering the calls.
