I live in Rhode Island and got this call today. Caller I.D. says United Home Expert. They are located in Ashland MA and are a good company. I used them years ago. They do siding, etc.

They called, no message or anything, so I have no need for them. Blocked! Love my Android Mister Number app, blocks all the scumbags.
