Caller wanted to know if someone would be home to sign for a warrant.  I was told to avoid going to court to call an 844# and speak with a settlement officer.

the caller said there is a legal complaint against me, that his daughter works in a legal firm and handling my case. I told him - why she does not call me? send me correspondence and I will check it. after that he huned up.
