I put a personal ad on CL forums.  4 different anonymous senders using different first names sent emails with directions to text 774-768-4721 and promised I wouldn't be disappointed.  No other info.  I will let someone else's phone get the virus.

I also received a message with 774-768-4721 with the text description. Name used was Alma Pastor Said she was 34 about to be 35

I just got a similar message off of CL.  The name came through as Gwen Jefferson.  I won't be responding. She/he wanted me to text.  The exact message is below with the subject Busy?:
