Its really easy to down agencies when they are calling you because of a bill. I have also dealt with these people and I had no issue. I set a payment arrangement up and they actually reported the account in my favor with the credit reporting agencies.I don't think is fair to make a person feel like a scum bag and I don't defend them but don't be mad because you didn't pay your bill. I missed this on accident and it was my fault,they helped. Every American pays more for insurance and a lot of other things and Its  because of people like your selves always pointing the finger because you didn't pay your bill.........yeah they are to blame. Makes a lot of sense ..To who I don't know.
