Pakistani boiler room operation trying to get your financial info - posing as a company offering business loans.

I have gotten many calls from this number.  Every time I answered, no one was there.  I finally called the number back and got the message that this number was not in service.  So I blocked them.  They still call but the call block hangs up on them right away.

calling party ID shows UMASS SYST OFFICE. Calling about my computer.  That was enough for me, I hung up.

I had a collect call from 774-455-7169& a woman answered saying it was Time Warner Operator. She said it was weird because I returned the call and it rang back to them and she said they NEVER call anyone. It has my curiosity up for sure.

How do you block the calls?can it be done from your home phone?
