I'm glad that I never answer the phone. I wondered how Mass Gas & Electric was back in the proverbial picture, they've not been providing service in there har parts in years,

left a message on my answering machine to call them back about my bill!!
I think I use National Grid so why does Mass Gas and electric want to talk to me?
