This number called my DNC listed landline today at 1605 hours.  It appeared to be a Mass number so I picked the phone.  But because 99% of the calls I get on my landline are scam artists, I said nothing.  No one said anything on the other end and the call disconnected.  Another site indicated this may be yet another "solar" offer.  These people are either scam artists or they're companies who are flagrantly ignoring the DNC list, which makes them scam artists even if they're supposed a legitimate company.

Got the call, appeared to be from millbury mass... Foreign accented person was extremely rude when I asked to be removed from their list.  Also stated he would not do so.  Scammmmm.... Yes.  And yes it was another solar related company but I missed the name he gave before he began to get rude.

Called wanted to talk about my electric bill, and come to my house to talk about how he can save me money, wouldn't say what company. Rude! Didn't get when I said I'm all set like 4 times!!! Kept saying you don't understand what I'm saying....yeah because I speak English and you don't apparently. You called me not my problem!

kept saying, I'm not trying to have you change your company...I hung up on him.

It seems as soon as you block a number, they keep calling under a different. Sure wish something could be done to stop this annoying business of getting calls all day every day.

I'm tired of getting these calls.  Why put yourself on the DNC list if they are going to ignore it.  They don't want to take NO for an answer.  Plus they barely speak English they need to be fined.  I tried to call the number back and it doesn't even ring.
